Q.	Is the trial completely free?
	Yes.  There are no hidden costs or charges when you take up the free trial.
Q.	How secure is the package?
	We have a dedicated server that is kept in a secure building with CCTV monitoring and security guards.  Noble Minder is registered and complies with the 1999 Data Projection Act.  To read more on our security click here.
Q.	What happens if the government change or abolish Early Years Foundation Stage(EYFS)?
	Noble Minder is committed to aiding childminders with their business needs.  We will make the necessary adjustments to the Noble Minder package to ensure they comply with current legislation.  Remember the package has been developed to assisit you with every aspect of running your business not just EYFS.
Q.	Is this a claimable business cost?
	100% of your monthly fee for the Noble Minder Package is claimable as a business expense.  This is automatically entered as an expense each month in the Book Keeping section.   Our members are telling us the package is saving them money on items such as accountant’s fees, ink and paper.
Q.	Do I need to enter children's personnel details?
	No.  At no point are you required to enter any personnel details about the children in care or their families.  This is a business package to support you.  All children are represented by an icon throughout.  We advocate the use of your paper records for families personnel details that are then stored in a secure place at all times.
Q.	How secure are my card details?
	We take the security of your card details very seriously.   Noble Minder uses Sage Pay to process our member’s card details, once entered on the Billing Page they are encrypted and sent to sage pay.  Sage Pay then process your payment each month on behalf of Noble Minder.  Sage Pay is the UK leading payment gateway with the top security systems in place.  No one within Noble Minder will every see or have access to your card details.  You can update your card details within My Account.  If you are asked to give you card details over the phone or in an e-mail by someone claiming to be from Noble Minder........DON’T .  We have no need to know these at any point.
Q.	Are there any hidden costs?
	No.  Members receive the Noble Minder Package in full for their monthly membership fee.  We have already introduced many new developments that are members are enjoying.  We are committed to constantly evaluating and improving the package with no additional cost to our members.
Q.	Can I cancel my membership?
	Yes.  Member’s can cancel their membership at any time during their free trial or any month thereafter.  Simple visit My Account and click on Cancel Membership.
